ERP4Schools is a comprehensive cloud-based educational ERP that consolidates the full operational surface of a school or college into one system. The platform is modular by design — a school can turn on the modules it needs without paying for the ones it does not.
The core modules cover admissions and admission register, exam management, event calendar, transport, student and staff profiles, assignments, library management, hostel management, reminders, attendance, evaluations, timetables, fees, and configurations. The admin dashboard surfaces the numbers that matter — total applicants, students, teachers, classes, hostels, rooms and pending payments — with drill-down to the underlying records.
The fees and finance module handles fee structures per class, term and category, generates receipts, tracks pending payments and integrates with common Indian payment gateways for online collection. The attendance system supports both classroom and biometric attendance capture. HR and payroll cover teaching and non-teaching staff with salary structures, leave, statutory compliance and payslip generation.
